As Raeyen's birthday is 10 July, we hope to fly out before he reaches TWO in order to enjoy infant fare at 10% of adult's plus the fact that Kieran wants to fly Singapore Airlines so much.
Since Joo will continue to work in Perth and Connie & Jamus will join him from late May, we thought of visiting them during the Australian school holiday (7-21 July).
SQ is having a 2-to-go sweet deal for booking by end March and fly out by end September. Adult fare is $400, child fare is $300, which was OK. So I called SQ reservation but was surprised that infant fare is $433, meaning the usual published adult economy fare is $4330! This is outrageous! We thought in that case we might as well fly out on or after Raeyen turns 2 to enjoy the child fare, which comes with a seat.
Whichever way, we hope this holiday plan will become a reality!
