Kieran's theory

It rained since last evening, until now it hasn't stopped.

While sending Kieran to childcare this morning, he said to me while looking out of the window.

Kieran: Mommy, there is so much rain, you know why?

Me: Why?

Kieran: It's because the sky sucked so much water from the ground.

Me: Yes, it is actually the clouds, like in your Eric Carle book.

Kieran: Yes, like the Little Cloud in my book.
